How do I pay for my Bridal Gown?
A1. A 50% deposit is required when you order the Gown.
We except all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash or Cheques.
Q2. How long does it take for my gown to arrive?
A2. Usually around twelve weeks although we do carry some stock
which can be taken straightaway.
Q3. Does my gown come pressed and with a coat hanger
and Garment cover and will you store the Gown for me?
A3. Yes all these come with the gown and we steam the
dress just prior to your wedding/event so that you receive it in pefect
condition.
Q4. Do you stock Bridesmaids dresses, Mother of the
Bride out fits, Prom Dresses, Mens Formal Hire?
A4. Yes we have a large array of all of these and many unusual
gifts too.
Q5. Do I have to make an appointment.
A5. You can book an appointment for our undivided attention
or feel free to come and browse at anytime and dont forget we are open
until 8pm on Thursdays.
Q6. What if my Gown/Dress needs to be altered.
A6. We have professional seamstresses to ensure a perfect fit
every time.
Q7. Can you colour match shoes for me.
A7. Of course, bring with you a sample of the fabric and we will
match it for you.
Q8. What about Gown/Dress styles.
A8. We will always give you an honest and unbiased opinion
of the Gown/Dress as your satisfaction is paramount to us. We rely on
word of mouth and personal recommendations and want you to return to us
regularly for your other requirements.
